Latoya McKenzie is an operations and property management leader with over a decade of experience overseeing large real estate portfolios, facilities, and construction projects. Her career has been defined by managing multimillion‑dollar budgets, optimizing processes, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results for organizations and clients.

With deep expertise in property management, she has directed operations for thousands of rental units, condominiums, and commercial spaces. While working in the nonprofit sector she oversaw more than 500 affordable housing units, apartments, and office buildings, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and long‑term sustainability. In a previous role as Property Manager, she developed company SOPs, negotiated vendor contracts, and strengthened client relationships. As a Maintenance Manager she managed home services for 2,000 condominium rental properties, building brand reputation while leading customer service and maintenance teams.

 

Across these roles, she’s consistently delivered cost savings, improved service delivery, and enhanced tenant satisfaction. Her ability to balance operational efficiency with client care has positioned her as a trusted leader in property management.

 

Latoya holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA®), complemented by specialized training in finance, data analytics, and construction project management from institutions such as Rice University, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, and the University of London.
